This document establishes the terms under which NegocieloHoy, operating at https://www.negocielohoy.com, uses and protects the information provided by its users when using its website.

• Free ads will be confirmed through an SMS message to the mobile number provided in the ad. If confirmation cannot be made, the ads will not be published and will be deleted from the system. Therefore, all phone numbers entered in the ads must be national (Costa Rican) and must be mobile numbers.
• The financing option can be added to any ad at no cost to the advertiser. If the transaction is completed, the seller will receive the full sale amount in cash, and the buyer will assume the debt with the financial institution financing the purchase.
• Only businesses that meet all the requirements of the corresponding form are allowed to be advertised. Additionally, all businesses must have at least a general description.
• Any ad that is published for advertising or other products that are not properties for sale and/or rent will be deleted. (Advertising of construction products, machinery, services, etc., is not allowed).
• Only ONE business is allowed to be advertised per ad, and all ads must include at least 1 photograph of the property.
• It is not allowed to advertise businesses that are not within the available categories or properties that are not located in Costa Rica.
• Publishing businesses that do not contain ALL the required and "REAL" information, including price, location, etc., and at least one photograph of the property is not permitted. For example, putting a price of $0 or very low and stating "Price negotiable" in the description is not allowed.
• The ads of "Special" businesses on the homepage rotate randomly, and the presence of any specific ad in that location is not guaranteed for any specific period.
• The ads of "Featured" businesses on the homepage rotate randomly, and the presence of any specific ad in that location is not guaranteed for any specific period.
• The ads of "Hot Deals" businesses on the homepage rotate randomly, and the presence of any specific ad in that location is not guaranteed for any specific period.
• Any business that is sold, completed, or out of stock must be removed from the site as soon as possible by the person who posted it.
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser of a property to be aware of the expiration date of the ad and to renew it in a timely manner. Likewise, the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information about the property is correct and accurate. Negocielohoy.com is not responsible for any inaccurate information entered by the advertiser.
• The sale price can be entered in Costa Rican colones or US dollars and must be the TOTAL price of the business; it cannot be a premium or a value lower than the actual sale price that the buyer will have to pay for the business, including any outstanding debt or financing.
• Including photos in any ad that do not correspond to the advertised business is not allowed. Additionally, ALL photos must show some part of the business.
• Only one ad per business is allowed to be published. In the case of 2 or more ads for the same business, NegocieloHoy.com reserves the right to delete any duplicated ads.
• Only ads for the SALE of businesses are allowed to be published. Ads for the PURCHASE of businesses are not allowed.
• NegocieloHoy.com reserves the right to delete ANY ad that it deems to be against its policies or may be detrimental to the image or users of the site.
• Any user who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions described here may be blocked from posting ads in the future. Additionally, by posting an ad on NegocieloHoy.com, you agree to receive informational and/or promotional emails from NegocieloHoy.com.
• NegocieloHoy.com reserves the right to delete any ad that it considers to be against its image, the security of its users, or the normal operation of the site, even if it does not violate any of the other conditions described here.
• By advertising a business on NegocieloHoy.com, the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that all information is correct and will be held accountable for any claims made by a buyer.
• Ads cannot contain any text, either in the property descriptions or in the photographs, that promotes another related site. If so, NegocieloHoy.com reserves the right to delete such ads and may even prevent the user who posted those ads from posting more ads.
• By posting an ad on NegocieloHoy.com, you agree to be contacted by NegocieloHoy.com or any of its affiliates, either by phone number or email address.
• By posting an ad on NegocieloHoy.com, the advertiser authorizes NegocieloHoy.com to use any information about the business, including photographs, for advertising purposes of the site.

Any ad that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use will be deleted, and no refund will be issued to the advertiser. NegocieloHoy.com reserves the right to limit the number of free ads per seller.
